A little side note before you begin. Next week's Issue is going to be a very special tribute to SHIB and the journey it's been on over the past year. Look forward to seeing you then (tell all your friends, lol.) Now then, onward...

I’ll be honest. I’m not cut out for this. I have a regular 8 hour a day job and two kids (a teenager and a preteen) that keep me constantly busy. I don’t have any special computer skills or investment strategies education. I’m just a regular person, no different than the people you pass when Christmas shopping at the mall. I think that applies to all of us though. Most of the people I talk to about SHIB are just normal average people. Some have kids, some don’t. Some are young, some aren’t. Some have “normal” jobs, and some specialize in specific occupations. The time I spend writing and compiling this newsletter is quite literally most of the spare time I have. Even right now. It’s 1:43AM on Monday morning and I’m writing the words you’re reading right now. Why, though?

It’s simple. It’s because it matters to me. Not in an emotional way but in a “this is important” way. It’s important to me now because I’ve spent the majority of the year helping people on Reddit with their questions about SHIB and ShibaSwap and the entire ecosystem. So, I thought to myself, “what’s something I can do to help that will last?”. And now here we are. I’ve said before that the main goal of this newsletter is to have an ongoing database of helpful articles, as well as keep track of where the Shib Ecosystem has been to where it will be in the future.

That’s what makes the ShibArmy so special, though. It’s made up of normal everyday people going out of their way to ensure the ecosystem survives. Regular people creating games, search engine, web stores, and playlists to burn SHIB. And yes, I realize there’s some profit involved with those platforms but, that’s to be expected. I mean, making money is the reason were all here in the first place. In addition to those people creating burn mechanisms, there’s also that group of people that spend some time providing useful tips and TA posts on Reddit. The fact of the matter is ShibArmy is growing stronger daily, and it has nothing to do with the dev team.

So, as I started this issue of the newsletter late this weekend (because of Christmas shopping, present wrapping, and gift opening), I fully expected to cut corners and put something together as fast as I could just to have something available to those expecting it. That’s not what happened though. Instead, I spent all evening Saturday, and all-day Sunday, compiling and writing. I tried my hardest to keep it short, but it was impossible. I was compelled to keep going and ensure all my info had sources to back it up and that it was compiled sensibly and completely. Looking back over the last 24 hours, I’m very happy I did. Now I’m here finishing up the forward, going on a little too long, as usual.

I can’t help it. I love doing this.

This week we’ll get back to basics and learn about Ethereum Smart Contracts. We’ll also take a trip to Mars with a crowd sourced space project SHIB lead dev team developer Shytoshi truly believes in. Finally, we’ll look at a project and token that’s a Decentralized Metaverse Investment Organization, and who has aligned itself with the Shib project by burning $25k in SHIB, TWICE!
